Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute and monitor projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules and resources.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Supervise contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Report progress to management and stakeholders.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably a Masters).
• 7-10 years project management in oil and gas.
• Proven record in managing large scale projects.

Job Purpose
Plan, organize and monitor staff training to meet industry and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify training needs and develop annual plans.
• Organize technical, compliance and safety training.
• Maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with external providers and certification bodies.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education or related field.
• 3-5 years in training or HR development (oil and gas preferred)
• Knowledge of HSE and industry training standards.

Job Purpose
Assist the General Manager in overseeing operations, ensuring compliance and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Support daily operations and business strategy execution.

Education and Experience
